One thing I hear all the time is, “The market is so saturated. When our client first purchased this mountain retreat, it had a dirty brown exterior and was dated inside with heavy furniture and bear decor all throughout the home. By painting the exterior of this home a dark hunter green with black trim we were able to modernize the exterior, while still allowing it to blend into its natural surroundings.
Creating an inviting, well designed environment for guests is a must for success. From the moment you step inside Sweet Dreams cabin, you feel at home. The warm wood accents, wood burning fireplace, and upholstery goods are sleek, yet cozy and inviting.
I’m sure it comes as no surprise when I say, we live in a fast paced world where social media dominates. Guests who are scrolling through listings are craving something that jumps off the page.
